MHFAider® / Champion Support Service
We’ve been supporting networks of MHFAiders for years: helping them to grow, connect, and truly make a difference long after the initial training. Happily, this approach is gaining traction, with more and more organisations recognising that mental health support needs nurturing, not just a one-off workshop.
Often, MHFA Network, HR and Wellbeing leads find themselves juggling their responsibility to deliver this important work while maintaining focus on their day-to-day role within the business. Time, as ever, is the enemy.
Seeing the problem, MYB came up with a solution: an annual subscription programme designed to provide continuous development and reinforcement of key skills.
This programme supports MHFAiders® and Champions in maintaining their effectiveness, keeping their skills sharp and ensuring their colleagues feel heard and supported throughout the year.
