Jane Cattermole

Jane is the founder of Minding Your Business and our lead trainer. She has been providing training and recruitment/retention services for more than 20 years.

Jane combines clinical training as a qualified Integrative Counselling Psychotherapist with an HR background in fast-paced, performance-focused environments to deliver expert, evidence-based mental health and resilience training across all sectors.

Back in 2009 Jane was one of the first trainers to be accredited by MHFA England. She is now a National Trainer and Workplace Associate Trainer. She is also a Suicide First Aid tutor, FinWell Instructor and Thrive Neurodiversity Instructor.

Over the years, Jane has worked closely with some of the world’s biggest employers and is often consulted on a broad range of issues related to workplace health and wellbeing. Jane combines an expert, professional approach with compassion and years of practical experience – she is there when you need her.

Dr Cecile Bowie

As a doctor in psychoanalytic studies and, currently, a clinical psychoanalytical psychotherapist trainee, Cecile’s approach to her work is characterised by empathy, congruence and realism, with a touch of humour along the way.

She is French and has been living in the UK since 2006. Cecile She has a keen interest in the influence of cultures on the outlook of mental health.

Cecile’s 21+ years of experience in the field, including psychiatry, forensics, the public health sector, and prison services, has honed her ability to transform complex concepts into accessible and relatable ideas.

Her current research focuses on neurodiversity and the development of programmes enabling leadership to recruit, support and empower employees with diagnosed and undiagnosed autism, ADHD and dyslexia. She is a MHFA England National Trainer and Associate.

Jo Taylor

Jo can call on over 30 years of training, facilitating and coaching in a wide variety of fields including private, public and third sector. She has qualifications and experience in laughter yoga therapy, mindfulness, menopause support, and is a Master NLP Practitioner. 

Jo has a wealth of experience in wellbeing and knowledge around resources, reasonable adjustments, equality and diversity, resilience and human behaviours. She encourages everyone to focus on the positives in life. 

When she’s not working, Jo can usually be found riding her purple Kawasaki z1000 motorbike and travelling the world riding the best roads she can find.

Jo is based in Warrington and has a cat called Tiger-Lilly who is her office companion.

Catherine McCusker

Following an eclectic career path that includes HR, fundraising, and outdoors learning and activities, Catherine now works full time for The National Trust in the Surrey Hills as a Visitor Operations and Experiences Manager. 

She trained in 2019 as a Mental Health First Aid Trainer with MHFA England and offers training in this subject alongside her full-time job.

Catherine is a devotee of the Japanese science of Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing), which promotes the physical and mental health benefits of humans connecting with nature.

She is a trained guide for the Forest Bathing Institute and loves seeing people experience the restorative power of quality time spent under the canopy of trees.

Sally Shrestha

Sally is a yoga‑based wellbeing provider supporting workforce mental health through evidence‑informed movement and breath practices.

She works with mental health organisations and employers to deliver practical tools that help employees regulate stress, improve focus, and build resilience.

Sally’s approach is grounded in nervous system regulation. Through accessible yoga and guided breathing, she supports the regulation of neural pathways linked to stress and emotional reactivity. This helps individuals move from chronic pressure into states of calm, clarity, and sustainable performance. 

Sally can offer live or recorded yoga sessions to suit all levels, either as a one-off or a series. She also offers webinars on a series of topics tied to nervous system regulation, menopause and other related topics.

Having lived in Nepal, Sally lives and breathes her art and is a passionate and knowledgeable practitioner. Her calm, inclusive and supportive approach brings clients back to her time and time again.
