Youth Rock Bands
Now
in its third year, MYB has over 30 bands registered and
runs gigs roughly every six weeks. Audiences are growing
all the time. On average we get about 250 at each gig
and everyone has a great time. Whether you're a musician
or just love live music, this website contains all the
information you need to keep track of the live music
scene in the borough.
It'll
provide more info on local bands, tell you when the gigs
are and generally help keep your finger on the musical
pulse.We live in an area with a fantastic tradition of
producing successful rock and pop bands - Oasis, Happy
Mondays, The Smiths, Elbow, James, Doves, Simply Red, The
Stone Roses, New Order, Johnny Go Boom Boom. MYB is doing
its bit to keep the tradition going.
